Strange noise when I touch my ear.

Why does my left ear keep making a strange noise when I touch it?

  • My right ear is fine, but if I lean on my left ear, it makes a strange squishy, crunchy sound. I don't think it's loud enough for anyone else to hear, but me, because it is happening in my ear, so that's why I can hear it. It's a strange sound, I can't explain, but it sounds like something fleshy being scrunched and it only happens in my left ear when I lean on it or touch it.
