Are head rushes normal?

Head rushes, change in body temp, and numb lips?

  • All day today I've been having a problem with head rushes and body temperature. When I was sitting, every time I got up I would get a head rush and blurred vision, EVERYTIME. And at random moments during the day my body temperature would change, I would sweat and feel really hot but my skin would be freezing cold which is really uncomfortable. I tried braiding my hair and had a hard time keeping my arms up, it felt like I had no circulation. The thing I noticed the most though is my lips would go completely numb. I mostly worried that I'm not getting enough oxygen to my brain, and I have low blood pressure like everyone else in my family. Also I don't smoke, I don't drink caffeine, and I exercise, I guess the only bad thing would be my diet. I guess that is a contributor too. I just want to know what this could be, if it's going to get worse and should I see a doctor? I also want to mention that I'm a 20 year old healthy female but have a huge family history of health problems.
