Is there such thing as dirty blood?

Antibody test ? Is there such thing? If tooken a simple blood test will it detect antibodys? ?

• What is an antibody test called as in the formal name? If taken a antibody test does it detect all the antibodys in your blood if u had any? And what its comming from ? Can a normal blood test detect antibodies? There are lots of different test for antibodys from all different diseases like HIV syphilis anemia etc but if u had a simple antibody test will it detect those or do u need the right test ? What I am trying to say is just say u had antibodys in you blood and took a normal blood test does it detect antibodys in your blood in the results OR do u need to have the special test for it, is there a antibody detection test that detects f u have antibodys in your blood whether it be HIV syphilis anemia etc?
