How to lower serum levels in the blood?

First of all, I'm overweight. I weigh about 98 kgs and my height is 172 cms And Im planning on studying in New Zealand, so I have to go through a physical and a blood test. I just got my results the other day, and my serum levels are a bit high... SERUM ALT (SGPT) 104 SERUM AST (SGOT) 74 SERUM TOTAL PROTEINS 9.0 are there any treatment or ways to lower these to a normal level.. thanx alot

SERUM- is the liquid portion of blood. Please do not do anything to lower that. Your ALT/AST are liver enzymes. If your liver is healthy, these should be in range. Total Protein is also related to liver (and a few other things). If your doctor feels these levels are a risk then he should follow up with you rather than you asking random people for treatments.
