What exactly is nausea?

What's wrong with me? Abdominal pain, kidney pain, sudden intense nausea, hard to swallow, recurring UTI.?

  • Ok, for the past few months, I've had recurrent low back pain in the kidney area, and I've felt bloated and uncomfortable. About 3 months ago, I had a UTI, my first one in years...then about 2 months ago, I starting getting pain in my right hip, which felt like I strained a muscle. Over the past week, the hip pain's more intense and it hurts to sneeze; I've gotten another UTI which hasn't been cured completely by Sulfatrim, and all of a sudden today, I came down with an intense feeling of nausea and coldness all in my stomach and esophagus, like it just washed over me really fast. All the while, I still have abdominal pain, cramps around my pelvis, and kidney pain. I went to the ER when the nausea hit and they just gave me Diavol and sent me home. Now, a couple hours after the wave of nausea, I feel slightly better, but my stomach still really hurts and my limbs feel pretty week, like all I want to do is lay down and sleep. Any thoughts of what this is? Oh, I will be seeing my doctor, I just wanted opinions.

  • Answer:

It sounds serious possibly. Shame doctors are so lazy and incompetent, for all the money they suck up. Try plugging your symptoms into some online symptom checker like http://symptoms.webmd.com/ and then try to get a doctor to follow up.
