Is there an alternative to cigarettes that doesn't contain nicotine?

E Cigarettes, Without Nicotine?

  • I have just bought an Electronic Cigarette which I just found out had no Nicotine in its Cartridges. The company that produces these sells only non-nicotine cartridges. I wonder if I should return the cigarette and buy one that I can smoke with nicotine, or keep this one. I believe that it would be better for me if I quit smoking without me getting any Nicotine. But I wonder if it is hard or possible for a person to be able to quit, without the main reason why I smoke. What are your personal experiences? Have you been able to quit smoking with an E-Cigarette that has No Nicotine? How hard was it? Please do not hesitate to answer.

    If the main reason you smoke was the nicotine, you would be fine 3-4 days after quitting cold turkey. The truth of the matter, is that the habit of smoking plays a much larger role than you think it does.

E cigs are a fantastic way to quit smoking, it killed my 27 year 1-2 ppd habit. I can't tell you how much they have improved my life.
