What are vascular and tension" headaches?

Headaches, muscle tension, blurred vision, know what the problem is?

• My Fiance has been suffering for the past two weeks from fatigue, severe headaches, muscle tension, blurred vision, and he has moments where he spaces out and sometimes when he's just laying down and relaxing muscles in his arms or ab's will jerk and twitch. He also has lost his appetite and he keeps on telling me how hot it is in here but when i felt his forehead it felt cold and clammy. Please help me.. I've been searching online and cant find anything, he's acting Very strange and i dont know what to do to help him.. he wont let me call a doctor or even his mom.

  Hello, I wish I could help you. I've had similar symptoms for at least the last year. I'm going through lots of tests with my doctor to figure it out. Since your fiance's came on suddenly though, and he's exhibiting signs of mental impairment, I'd seriously recommend convincing him to see a doctor. You're not married so I guess you really can't force him, but I think you should try your best or perhaps call his mom anyway if he's worth it to you. P.S. I don't think you should trust Jon.
