Why are my hands always cold?

bad circulation - you should get more active and stop sitting in front of yr comp. :)

Maybe you just have really bad circulation. Or something is wrong with a nerve?

sounds like you have really poor blood circulation-i get really cold hands too whenever it gets a little cold out. try rubbing your hands together or i usually try to keep a hot cup of coffee or water next to me and try to warm them up this way.

its due to poor circulation to increase it you can eat lots of healthy unfatty food and tomatos as they increase circulation you could also exercise more hope this helps :-)

I have chillblains, which is very similar to reynauds (dont know how to spell it). It really doesn't look like the pics at all...... My hands and feet are always super cold! Its funny because my friend is always like burning up so we joke that I'm a vampire and shes a werewolf (twilight =p). Anyways, i haven't had it much this year but when it got bad my toes (thats where i have it) got red at the tips and looked kind of like a mild ingrown toenail (if u know what that looks like). Like red and a little puffy. They hurt when you touch them. THe best thing to do it to keep your hands and feet warm. In the winter, always wear gloves and also warm shoes so that you don't also get it on your feet. Good luck! Also, a cause of this is poor circulation. Maybe rub your hands together more?

Sounds like poor circulation If your not happy with your doctor get a second opinion That's half the problem with this country everyones to scared to complain or get another opinion

my sisters hands are always cold bt wen u hold them they get realy sweaty
