How can i get rid of my tinnitus?

There are tons of people who suffer from ringing ears, also known as tinnitus. I want to go over some treatment options that you have to stop the ringing for good and keep it away. I don't think that it would be worth it if you were going to lose all of your hearing just to get rid of the ringing noise, but that is just my opinion. The third option, which I used to get rid of my tinnitus, is an all natural treatment option. The best thing about natural treatments is that you will not have any kind of side effects or risks while treating your tinnitus. The best part is that natural treatments do not cost much money. I was able to get rid of my ringing ears really quickly after implementing only one of the 11 techniques that I had access to. So, if you are serious about getting rid of the ringing in your ears, I highly suggest you to give natural treatments a try.

You can try listening to some really soothing and relaxing music with headphones. There are some doctors versed in the use of sound technology/frequency vibrations to help this problem. You can at least ask your doctor about it. Your doctor may also prescribe an ear drop. I suffered with tinnitus in the past and I used the sound technology. My tinnitus never truly disappeared but it did get very soft. My doctor believes though that I just learnt to live with it as white/background noise and so it does not bother me as much. However there are also many other people who said they were completely healed with the audio technology. Apart from that watch your levels of stress and your blood pressure. Also don't go hungry for long spells. These all seem to aggravate tinnitus.

Trevor, Depends on the cause. I had tinnitus this year, but found that it was simply caused by impacted ear wax that needed to be "pressure flushed" by a Dr. It is a simple, quick procedure and cured me quickly. You can also try Otix drops (avail. at any drugstore). If it is not wax, tinnitus can be caused by stress as well, you can try to exercise more, it does help.

You can try going to a chiropractor. They can help with that sometimes. You can take the stuff they have at Walgreen's for it. You will find 2 products where the eye & ear products are located. I do not know what they are called but if you can't find them just ask someone who works there.

i think there is a medication for it. I think if you have it you are stuck with it. Hope the noices and ringing doesnt drive you crazy.

Temporary tinnitus will repair itself in a couple of days. If it persists longer than that, it is permanent and irreparable.

dude that happen to me and i went to my family doc/clinic and he gave me a ear drop and it really worked! so just go to ur doc or shoppers drug mart or something and ask the pharmacist for a ear drop xoxoxoox
