My fingers click slightly when I push it against something backwards (gently), how to stop this?
-
I know that it is bad to click one's fingers because it could cause swelling and very small air bubbles to develop between joints. As a result, I have tried my best to stop clicking on the whole. Unfortunately, whenever I flex my fingers a bit (gently, whilst doing everyday things), it clicks. I feel that this is doing the same effect, and this has happened due to my initial over-finger-clicking. Please give me some advice on how to stop it on the whole. E.g. When I click my mouse, my fingers click before the mouse clicks. Though only once at the beginning.
