Is there a way I can natrually regain my eyesight without medicine or surgery and how? If you can, please list a technique or a series of techneques from a website or something. Thanks

Yes. Blurry vision is caused by incorrect vision habits. Our times are complicated. Those with blurry vision need to upgrade their vision software and not become dependant upon the crutches of glasses and artificial corrections. For those of you who are pursuing 'Eye Exercises' (eye pushups), let me save you some time and disappointment. Trying to improve your eyesight with eye exercises or eye pushups is like trying to improve your basketball game by just lifting weights and running. In order to improve your game you have to learn the principles of basketball and practice them as you play. Eye exercises don't work. Most people practice them for twenty minutes and then continue with the incorrect vision habits for the other 23 hours and 40 minutes. Most people get bored and disappointed within a week.

Performing "eye exercise" properly can help your vision. Also, eating a healthy diet can help. Fruits and vegetables are the key as they contain nutrients that support eye health. The two most important are lutein and zeaxanthin. Lutein can be found in high amounts in zucchini, red seedless grapes, squash, pumpkin, spinach, peas, celery, Brussels sprouts, cucumber, and green peppers. Carotenoid content can decrease during the cooking process, so vegetables should be eaten raw when possible, or lightly steamed in order to maximize availability. Good sources of zeaxanthin are orange peppers, oranges/orange juice, mangos, and honeydews. Many of these foods have high lutein content and low zeaxanthin content or vice versa. However, corn has an abundance of both nutrients, though it is still important to eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables of different colors because of the many other nutrients in them that promote overall health. The United States government recommends at least five servings per day of fruits and vegetables. If you cannot fulfill that requirement, then a convenient alternative may be to take a dietary supplement. The exercises on the first site below are supposed to work. I think you can tell I still wear my glasses, though. I obviously haven't tried it myself. If you have seen an eye doctor and you only have 'normal' problems with vision rather than something more dangerous, then I'd try it.
