Can stomach ulcers make you bleed from your vagina?

I sleep on my stomach, when I wake up my stomach is always hurting it will hurt so bad that when I touch it tears run down my face. sometime it just feels like I am really full or my stomach is swollen. Could these be ulcers. please any medical experts out there.

Ulcers do not make you bleed from your vagina, if it's not your period then you definately should go see a doctor. Please don't rely on answers from here, go to an emergency room immediately.

no i dont think you could bleed from your vagina from an ulcer. More likley you have a cyst or something like that and should definatly get it checked out by your gyne.

If you are bleeding from your vagina it is NOT coming from your stomach. You are either having severe menstral cramping and bleeding or you have something else going on with your uterus or ovaries.
