What are the symptoms of a stomach ulcer?

Can a really bad head aches and non stop stomach aches be symptoms of an ulcer?

  • For two days so far I have had bad stomach and head pains. I also have feelings of nausea when I move around, and have slight heat flashes when I go outside. If these are symptoms of a stomach ulcer, can someone tell me. If they are symptoms of anything else like food poisoning, can someone message back?
