How To Cure Vitamin B12) Deficiency?
-
I posted a question before this about something on my nail, and I was looking up nail diseases and stuff. I found something called vitamin b12 deiciency or something. It's when you lack of meat and dairy products like that. I was looking at my nail, and yeah I have the ridges on my nails. I've had them for as long as I can remember. So, I thought they were normal. Guess not? I think it might be true i could have that because I've stopped eating meat. I can't stand the fatty, chewy parts. I like beef jerkey though, could that maybe help? I honesty hate dairy products; meat, milk, etc. I like eggs, but since I have very little time in the morning (school) there isn't enough time. I like cereal and chocolate milk. I also had taco's for dinner. Anything else I can eat to help this? Thanks! :)
