What causes fluid in the shoulder joint and fatty intrusions in the muscles?

• i recently had a shoulder ultrasound and was told that i have fluid in the joints and fatty intrusions in the muscles. the rotator cuff looks ok. i have to go for an mri next. any thoughts?
