Is it normal to feel a hard lump (feels like a round bone) on the side of your neck?

It's really tiny, its like less than centimeter and its not a visible lump but when I feel the side of my neck and push on it to feel it I can feel a tiny hard lump. It's on both sides of my neck but one is just slightly bigger,
