  Of course it will show up on a drug test; it's in the amphetamine class of drugs. If you have a legitimate prescription, you just show that to whoever is conducting the test (employer, etc.). Adderall takes a long time to be cleared by the kidneys and is unpredictable because some people metabolize it more slowly than others. Half of it could be left in the urine 30 hours later, then half of that amount in another 30 hours, and so on. For the slow metabolizers, it will take longer still.
