What are some foods that I can eat for good gastro-intestinal health?

  • I recall getting a stomach bug about 2 years ago and ever since that ghastly event, my gastro-intestinal system has not been the same, I get bloated easily, get gas and general discomfort. Of course this has been exacerbated by a diet of plenty of meat and not enough vegetables etc... Recently I copped another stomach bug, most likely from eating spoiled meat and this time it was very unpleasant. My anus has never had to work that hard before and I also missed out on 2 days of work.
