My throat hurts when I swallow.

Sore Throat, Swolen Glands, Hurts When I Talk & Sounds Different, Hurts when swallow, eat & drink.?

Okay, since saturday, 2am ive had a sore throat & well the symptoms have rose from there. Saturday 2am- Sore throat. Saturday throughout the day- Sore throat, cant talk without hurting, swallowing is difficult & hurts. Sunday 2.30am- Sore throat still cant talk, swallowing hurts even more, stomache ache, neck&shoulder ache & swolen glands. Sunday throught the day- everything above except stomache ache. Monday[Today]- Everything above^^ & hurts even more to swallow. So its been more than 3 days & the symptoms of tonsillitis are still showing. Should i go to the doctor to see what it actually is? What idea are you getting in your head that it is? please help<3

yes you need to go to the doctors, could well be tonsillitis and you may need antibiotics to help it clear up!!!
