    HIV (virus that can lead to AIDS) is transmitted by unprotected sex with someone who has HIV, sharing needles for durg use with someone who has HIV, or it can be passed from a woman to her child during delivery or breastfeeding. HIV is NOT transmitted by saliva or by casual contact. Also, you can not get HIV from someone who does not have HIV.

HIV virus is spread through bodily fluids like blood,serum, saliva etc which contain HIV virus. The common incidents when you come in contact with the infected fluid is when having sexual intercourse , blood transfusion , infected needles etc., So you just have to bee careful not to come in contact with any HIV infected bodily fluid that's all. In the above case I don't think that's possible.

AIDS is spread by the HIV virus. You need to have sexual intercourse, or receive the blood from an infected person to get the HIV virus. Masturbation by yourself, with no contact of other people, will not cause you to get HIV/AIDS, unless you are touching a material that has the HIV virus on it.

HIV and AIDs can be caught by having sexual intercourse with another person who is already infected. It can be prevented by using condoms, not sharing needles if you inject drugs; and can be passed on through oral sex with no protection, but it cannot be caught through masturbation.
