What are the red bumps on my toddler's face?

Please help 3 tiny hole like bumps right on my upper lip line and on face?

• please help 3 tiny hole like bumps right on my upper lip line and on face these tiny open hole like bumps upper lip line they never hurt or grew big only would be seen up close these bumps look like a pimple but the middle has a hole 1 of these bumps turned into a white head i had these for almost 6weeks and wont go away also my face seem to break out what are these bumps and how can i get rid of them I went to doctor and they said if they ever grew come back they never did please help thank you

  If your worrying about oral herpes, you don't have it, If you had it, it would hurt like hell and look obscenely wrong. You would SOOO know if you had herp. It gets uber red and painful with big water blisters that pop and look nasty, it sounds like you got a lil skin irritation or maybe even a pimple! If you had it you would sooo know! I hope this helped!
