What’s Dynamic Keyword Insertion, And How Should I Use It?

Need help with tampons!! they hurt and im scared?

  • so basically i used pads for about 6 years or so and i am now 18 and i wanna start using tampons. i am still a virgin and ive tried using the light absorbency ones before but when i tried to use it, i was too timid to put it in. i wiggled in the opening, and then slowly pushed it in, like really slowly. are you suppose to just wiggle it in through the opening a little and then push hard in one motion so that the whole tampon will be inside of you? the thought of something inside me freaks me out, but i know i have to do this if i ever want to have sex and have kids. any advice on relaxing? and whats the proper insertion technique? (i know that it has to be at an angle, but how fast do i go?) also, how long does it take until the painfulness and fear goes away? thank you so much!

Im 16, and i just started using tampon recently. Use the little ones for now, since your scared. once you get used to them, you can start using the medium sized ones, and maybe even bigger ones in the future. Also, do NOT forget to change them every 4-6 hours, four hours being the best, if possible. If you dont, you could get toxic shock syndrome. you dont quite have to wiggle it in, as(this is gonna be gross) your blood will act as a sort of lubricant. its easier if you squat down a little, to give yourself room, and it also helps it to glide in easier and its less painful. make sure you're not clenching your muscles, like your but, because it also clenches your vagina, and makes the tampon harder to get in. you dont have to go fast, just use a pace your comfortable with. after a few times, the most uncomfortable part will be taking the tampon out, which isn't as painful, but a little irritating. After you insert it, sit down. if it feel like its not all the way in, you can use your hand to push it up a little more. when you sit down, it shouldn't be uncomfortable, even though you might know somethings there. Once you do it a few times, you'll gain confidence in yourself, and in the tampons, and it will easy and painless, dont worry. Also, tampons dont prevent or help having kids, or the feeling of losing your virginity. its gonna hurt a little the first time, there's nothing you can do to help that hunny,:/

I really can't tell you how to put it in, because I'm a guy. I really shouldn't even be answering this question, but I just wanted to say, my ex girlfriend was a virgin before her and I got together, but she used tampons. I asked her once if they're uncomfortable or hurt or anything like that and she said no. A vagina is a body part that is designed basically by nature to have things put into it, and I mean that in the least vulgar way. A tampon, especially the small size, is much smaller than the object that is meant to be put inside a vagina, so just relax. It won't hurt. But, it might be uncomfortable if you are not relaxed, because your muscles may be a bit tense (think about how it would feel if you got a needle in your arm while the muscle is seized up - it wouldn't feel too nice). Just be brave, count to three, and get it done. Good luck!

how is this related to STD's?

Uhhhhhm

It’s a good idea to use the smallest size tampon when you are learning how to use tampons for the first time. It is also easier to insert it when your menstrual flow is moderate to heavy as this allows the tampon to glide in more easily. By following the simple guidelines below, as well as the instructions that come with the tampons, your first experience with tampons should be easy. Remember, the more you relax, the easier the insertion will be. When you are nervous, your muscles tense up, which can make inserting the tampon more difficult. Wash your hands with soap and water. With dry hands, unwrap the tampon. We understand that the first time you insert the tampon you’re going to be a little bit nervous. If you drop the tampon on the floor, throw it away and begin again with a new tampon. Sit or stand in a comfortable position. Some women prefer to place one leg on the toilet seat or tub, while others prefer to squat down. After you find a position that is most comfortable for you, hold the tampon with the fingers that you write with. Hold the middle of the tampon, at the spot where the smaller, inner tube inserts into the larger, outer tube. Make sure the string is visible and pointing away from your body. With your other hand, open the labia (the folds of skin around the vaginal opening) and position the tampon in the vaginal opening. Gently push the tampon into the opening, aiming for the small of your back. Stop when your fingers touch your body and the applicator, or outer tube, is completely inside the vagina. (See picture 2 below). Once the applicator or outer tube is inside your vagina, use your index finger to push the inner tube (the tube where the removal string is visible) through the outer tube. This pushes the tampon into the vagina. Once the inner tube is all the way in, use your thumb and middle finger to remove the applicator or outer tube.Make sure that the string hangs outside of your vaginal opening. Later, when you are ready to remove the tampon, hold the string and gently pull it downward until the entire tampon is out. Be aware of T.S.S.:TSS stands for Toxic Shock Syndrome. It is a rare but potentially dangerous infection. TSS can affect anyone, male or female. However, it occurs most frequently in young women who wear tampons. Tampons themselves do not cause TSS. TSS is caused by bacteria called Staphylococcus aureus. When a tampon is left inside your vagina for too long, it creates a perfect environment for different types of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, to grow. You will probably never get TSS, but it's good to know what the symptoms are and how to avoid putting yourself at risk. Sudden high fever A sunburn-like rash Diarrhea Dizziness, fainting, or lightheadedness Vomiting
