Did White people bring Aids to Africa?
-
Africa wasn't so corrupt before other countries went over there failed to colonise or started war then left it In tatars so if White people didnt bring Aid they created it because Africa in most places is unhygienic so the disease was either brought over or created or African people were mostly homosexual which I doubt as it's a very religious place but who knows

Where are you from? Your English is shocking (the Tatar people must be a bit miffed that you dragged them into this), so you probably aren't a first language speaker - I really hope your first language isn't English at any rate - but you most certainly aren't from Africa, because you have no idea what Africa is like ("or African people were mostly homosexual"??) So, where then? I'm curious because your education in global geography is clearly lacking You seem very ignorant about Africa, so maybe research the continent before asking silly questions? Also, AIDS is the disease (note: all capital letters), aids refer to help provided. So white people still provide aids to Africa (the UN and Peace Corps etc) haha

It appears the AIDS virus always exited in the African continent but social changes brought on by foreigners influenced it’s spread. HIV is thought to have originated in non-human primates in sub-Saharan Africa and was transferred to humans late in the 19th or early in the 20th century. The first paper recognizing a pattern of opportunistic infections characteristic of AIDS was published in 1981. Both HIV-1 and HIV-2 are believed to have originated in West-Central Africa and to have jumped species (a process known as zoonosis) from non-human primates to humans. Specific proposed high-risk transmission channels, allowing the virus to adapt to humans and spread throughout the society, depend on the proposed timing of the animal-to-human crossing. Genetic studies of the virus suggest that the most recent common ancestor of the HIV-1 M group dates back to circa 1910. Proponents of this dating link the HIV epidemic with the emergence of colonialism and growth of large colonial African cities, leading to social changes, including a higher degree of sexual promiscuity, the spread of prostitution, and the concomitant high frequency of genital ulcer diseases (such as syphilis) in nascent colonial cities. AIDS has had a significant political impact, particularly in South Africa, where the government's official embrace of AIDS denialism was responsible for its ineffective response to that country's AIDS epidemic, and has been blamed for hundreds of thousands of avoidable deaths and HIV infections.

Wow. Almost none of that made any sense. HIV, the virus that progressed to AIDS, actually originated in Africa as a disease among apes, primarily chimps. The eating of bush meat (wild exotic animals) is believed to have moved the disease into the human population. It was later brought to other continents via travelers, most notably the "patient zero" Gaëtan Dugas, a flight attendant who is believed to have picked it up in Africa and brought it to the United States. Many of the earliest cases in the US can be traced to him.

i dont know if white people were the first ones who were ******* chimps over there, but you know one theory says that aids was transmitted to people in west africa when they ate monkey meat and ****** chimps. Then they said it might not be true and said that it transmitted to people from chimps during the colonization. We will never know if the first human was a white person ******* chimps or an african.

Nice try but no cigar for you. HIV is believed to have originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo first identified in 1959. While HIV is most likely a mutated form of Simian Immunodeficiency Virus, a disease present only in chimpanzees and African monkeys, it is extremely unlikely that the zoonosis (inter-species transfer of a disease) of HIV occurred through sexual intercourse.[citation needed] The African chimpanzees and monkeys which carry SIV are often hunted for food, and epidemiologists theorize that the disease appeared in humans after hunters came into blood-contact with monkeys infected with SIV that they had killed. The first known instance of HIV in a human was found in a person who died in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in 1959, and a recent study dates the last common ancestor of HIV and SIV to between 1884 and 1914 by using a molecular clock approach. Still more research is needed to identify further the origin but this scenario fits best at this time.

Actually, scientists have been working on this from the beginning, and the HIV-II strain of the virus seems to be very closely related to a virus called Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) that is prevelent in Chimpanzees. Scientists feel that humans came into contact with this virus from eating tainted meat, or by coming into contact with blood while field dressing the animals. Another thing most people don't realize is that there are actually three major groups of HIV: M, N, and O. the "M": strain is the thype that most people think of and is the type that has spread throughout the world. the "N" and "O" strains are found exclusively in East and Central Africa. THAT is how HIV came to be so widespread in Africa.
