It's risky but it depends on alot of factors.. Number one does he *** inside you??? Number two do you or him have any other STD's?? It's easier to catch or spread HIV if there is another STD present.. Number three.. If the person is on Medication to control HIV it's less likely they will spread it because that medicine affects the viral load.. Thus meaning the amount of virus in the body.. It never goes away but becomes less detectable and Number four.. The sex that takes place... If it's unprotected anal sex it's more likely than unprotected vaginal sex and last of all oral sex which is somewhat less risky than the above mentioned.. HIV isn't transmitted every time, but I'd never wanna risk it
