Weird itchy skin rash thing?

What is this weird rash on my right thigh?

• I am 18 male, 6 foot 180lbs, i work out a lot and eat just about anything. Lately I have had a weird rash on my right inner thigh. It is not that itchy though and only sometimes. It is very small, like maybe a 1/4 of a penny. But below it are two more somewhat itchy parts twice as small both of them. From what I can see the skin is only a little red and maybe barely swollen if it even is just taking that as a precaution though. It isn't that itchy though and only itches sometimes. And i think it only spread from me touching it. The strange thing is i think it may have started on the front of my shin or knee and spread in very large distances, without any rash in-between. So its not really connected other than if i made it spread up there. I have no pain or other symptoms. Though i have had some itchy spots on my body, like elbow, front of shin, hand, finger. On my finger i got a tiny tiny one bump full of puss, it was very small. All i did was pinch it off put alcohol on it and soap. I have had things like that in my life from time to time like that though too. But the bump on my hand, two, very small by the way are somewhat itchy. I also have some pretty big stretch marks on my thighs and a weird bump inside the left thigh scar mark. It was dark red but did not itch at all. There was a tiny tiny white particle but I squeezed it out and it was dry not wet at all. I have some small pimples on my thighs located in most of the hairs so im positive thats what it was since it didnt itch. I am sexually active and im now paranoid as can be. If you could give me some explanations that would help.

  you must go to a doctor or a dermatologist ...its better to be safe than sorry and btw u should stop intefering with the rash putting alcohol on it or digging it could cause the area to be irritated and infected ...goood luck
