White discharge from my vagina? normal?

Help pls! kind of thick white discharge, diarrhea,vagina lips burn and itch a little?

• i am having unprotected sex with my bf guy starting about a 3weeks ago and like 2 days ago which was on monday i notice that i started to have white discharge and a little bit of itching inside my vagina lips and i notice little tiny pumps that u barely can see inside my vagina lips when i spread them open but the tiny little pumps dont hurt. i thought maybe i had a yeast infection so bought monistate 7 and use it that very day.but i got scared and the next day tuesday went to the emergency room to check it out. I told the doctor what happen and she did a pap smear test and told me to pee in a cup. she told me it doesnt seem like i have an infection or pregnant as for the pap smear she told me to come back in 3 days to get the results which havent arrive yet and as for the little bumps i seen she said it look normal she see anything even though i showed her. everything seem to be getting better the next day i didnt really feel anything anymore, except that i end up having diarrhea and i end up using the bathroom atleast 4 times that day. Today is the forth day and now i feel itching and i ended up using the bathroom once and i notice a new symptom when im done peeing it burn down their but that dont happen all the time wen i pee. so im scared and i dont know what to think.. do anyone have an idea of what could i be do i have an std. and my bf got tested for std and aids and all his results come out negative i got tested last year in june my results came out negative too but i had sex with two people since then and one of them we always use protection and my bf we havent been using protecting but the symptoms just started and do u think my menstrual could have anything to do with it because my period is suppose to be coming in like 3 days even though i never had anything like this happen to me before when im about to get my menstrual????? help me please any idea
