First I am sorry for you because there is no cure however there are some treatments that can help you live with it. Since herpes is usually spread through sexual intercourse it is imperative than any sexual partner know about it so they can decide for them selves if they want to take the risk. No drug is 100% so always use a condom and always be honest , If she really loves you she will work with you .

u just have to tell her. take a private moment, be honest and talk to her preferably not in public. if she really loves u she would want to be with u no mater what. but she may get up set at u for possably giving her an std, since u don't know for how long u have had herpes. u may want to suggest to her that she get tested as well since u could have passed it on to her. then its her choice to stay with u or not.
