• **** Herpes, personally I don’t have herpes, but I feel so sorry for those who have herpes and suffering from the virus. A person live only once (a gift from a God?) but throughout their one and only life they are so depressed that they are unable enjoy their life as non-infected person and they have this horrible disease that they have to carry with-them-self rest of their lives since there are no cure against the virus, which, most often cause severe emotional problems such as depression, stress, and unable to make love to whoever they want to. It is immoral to pass this horrible disease knowing that you carry this virus but still preform an unprotected sex. No cure they said. No cure? How come? Just because scientist are not getting enough fund for the research? Instead of spending billions of dollar on war for nothing, spend few millions of dollars from our tax money to cure herpes and HIV. It got me wonder, why can’t people do a research for free on this horrible disease causing millions of people’s life miserable? Wouldn’t be so heroes if u finds a cure for the virus? Who ever come up with the cure for these kinds of horrible viruses will be remember and recognized throughout the history. You will be recognized long after you die!!! "Pharmeceutical companies love treatments but hate cures. There is far more money in suppressive treatments such as Valtrex rather than a cure. Why create a product you only sell once when you already have one that you can sell over and over again?" Why? Why? Why? Why? money is worth more than millions of humans LIFE??? I trully Believe out of all country in the world, America will come up with the CURE!!! Just Because its an America!!! AMERICA!!

  The problem with herpes is that it is a parasitic virus. It invades your cells and lives with in them. In order to get rid of herpes, you would have to target all the bad cells and destroy them. How would you find ONLY those bad cells though. If you had to kill cells, a lot of good cells would die too. The chance of getting every cell that is bad is very slim. If you leave one, there is always a chance the virus can reproduce and you are infected all over again. That is why there is no cure.
