How to get rid of stretch marks on knees?

How do I get rid of these stretch marks?? (ugly picture included)?

• I am only 20 years old, female, never have had a baby or been pregnant. I have awful stretch marks all over my body, too many to count. On my hips, thighs, butt, calves, inner thighs and knees. It is so bad and I want to get rid of them! I started going through puberty very young and grew very fast and this is why I think I now I have stretch marks. I have used cocoa butter as every day body moisturizer now for over 4 years. I have also tried strivectin cream and vitamin E oil but have not seen very much improvement. I am proud of my body and I like the way I look but stretch marks just make me feel so ugly and insecure... especially in my bikini or in shorts. :( help!   have u tried the cocoa butter with the pregnant lady. my sister and cousin had this problem, and it worked for them, but you have to buy the firming lotion, body oil and massage cream that they seel, just basically the whole set, and it should work in 6 to 10 months
