Why does the sun shine?

Why am I getting so many new freckles where the sun doesnt even shine?

  • I get them on my stomach, breats, and legs. At first they are red in appearance and then turn to dark brown. I have olive skin and have not been in the sun recently. I notice that I am always getting them all over my body no matter what. A few are slightly raised and the rest are flat. Why do I keep getting them and what can I do to stop them. (please dont tell me to stay out of the sun because I havent been in the sun.)

  • Answer:

Have you always been especially disposed to getting freckles when you've been in or out of the sun? Are family members especially disposed to getting freckles in or our of the sun? Are these new freckles occurring in places where other family members have freckles? If so, probably not a problem. Do the freckles grow, change shape, change color after they have been there for a while? Do they itch/hurt/etc? Has anyone in your family had a skin cancer or been told they have pre-cancerous cells on their skin? If so, go see a doctor.

its your genes. lol i get them alot aswell. even in the winter. theres not much you can do to stop them. unless you really dont want them you can get them lazered off but i think you should be happy with the way you are ^_^

the rays of the sun are strong enough to go through most clothing and can age your skin even on cloudy days. you must wear sun block on ALL of your skin EVERY day, even when it rains. the only time you can do without is the night time.

This could be due to oily skin or fatty things in your diet :), try a mosturiser or something or cut down on salt, otherwise im not sure :) x

Maybe just genetic trait
