Red Bumps on lower body?

Strange red bumps on my body?

• I started out having a few bumps on the upper right side of my body. One of the bumps looked similar to ringworm. I used an antifungal cream on all the bumps, and it did nothing. Over the span of three or four days, they've spread across my stomach and chest and around some to my back. They vary in size, some being very small and others quite large. They itch some, but not overly so. Some of them have scabs on the very top, but I haven't scratched them, so I didn't cause it. I'm very particular about my hygiene, so it's quite bothersome to have these on my body. Does anyone have any idea what they could be?

  Sounds a bit like exzema, or perhaps shaving. It may also be an alergic reaction, think if you've changed your washing soap recently or been exposed to anything you haven't normally. You can also develop alergies so it may be best to check with a doctor, get an alergy test It's possible they could be sunspots but I'd advise a quick trip down the doctors just in case, it could be an infection
