Neck Rash From Shaving!!?

Razor burn, and it can happen with electric shavers too. Use a skin or hand lotion; test a little to see that it doesn't burn. Nivea for men is good. Seriously it could go away in an hour, or last for days depending on depth of the damage to skin.

You might have razor rash. It's a rash that people get when they do shave dry skin. Next time, wet it down and put shaving cream on it before shaving. In the meantime, put lotion on it and try not to touch it. Hope this helps.

The rash will probably go away in a few days. You may be allergic to your shaving cream, try a different brand. Also use a better razor. To help the rash go away faster - try using an over the counter hydrocortisone cream. Cortaid is a brand of hydrocortisone cream you can find in any drug store.

Thats common. Shave less frequently and make sure you use a good quality razor. The razor burn will go away in a day or two, but then you have to shave again. I recommend finding the shaving frequency that suits you and amount of facial hair you can tolerate and looks decent. I allow it to grow a bit over three days then shave only partially while allowing some stubble that the ladies like and gives me a "tough" look. I only shave completely about once every five days.

take sum baking soda and poor it into a bottle of vinager, then shake bottle then put it on ur face, or u can take a penny, and rub it on ur face... im not joking. i shave and if u get a rash some stuff from the penny's metal helps and baking soda and vinager helps cause of the chemical reaction something.. also if u spit a lot in ur hand and rub on face where the rash is it helps.

soak a wash cloth in milk. let it sit on your neck. It will totally relieve your razor burn. Rinse with cold water (so you don't smell like old milk). Pat dry, don't rub! Then put some lotion on it.

you need after shave and do you use shaving gel/foam? if not you should.

I get it a lot too. It takes a day or two. Use a good aftershave and try some cool water.
