Dnt worry, back acne is quite common. i see heaps of girls in the gym with back/chest acne. I had a few pimples on my back--i treated them with tea tree oil. 2 days later they were completely gone. i use tea tree oil to treat the occassional pimple on my face--its remarkable. Ive used sooo many chemical/commnercial products-they all dry out my skin or dnt work very well. try using 100% concentrated tea tree oil. its cheap, readily available from ur supermarket/pharmacy and works really well. It kills pimples/acne because it has a very good anti-bacterial agent in it. it is also anti-fungal which is useful against athletes foot..fungal infections..etc. its useful 2 have in ur first aid kit..it treats sunburn, cuts, burns, insect bites..etc. Very safe 2 use-just dont take it internally. I heard about it from word of mouth by a friend who used it 2 treat her athletes foot & pimples. Good luck!!!! tell me how it goes!!!!! :D

i wouldn't feel too bad about it, 48% of all teenage anglo women have some sort of body acne, about 90% of it on their back also, i am in high school and see plenty of people in gym that have it all over their backs. it is kinda nasty but if it bothers you that much you can get laser treatment, they CAN surgically remove scars from any area on the body. although this treatment is exspensive there is hope. I have slight body acne mainly on my back and butt.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then twenty times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below. Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
