Why are my hands always so cold?

• my hands are always freezing! and i have no idea why, i always wondered when i was little why my mum wouldnt let me touch her with my hands when she was cold, and some weeks ago, my friend Lucy S, asked me why my hands were so cold, i told her i didnt know, and then i touched my friend Abbie on the arm once and she shivered! And THEN tthere was this tuesday when my Other friend, Lucy G, tickled me, so i tickeled her back and she squealed and asked me why my handds were freezing, Lucy S suggested i go see my doctor, this is reallly affecting me now, im self concious about it, and rarely hold my boyfriends hand now because today in english (he sits one desk behind me) i turned round and i took his hand and was just messing about with it really, and then he took both my hands, he looked concerned, and asked me why i my hands were always so cold.... so now he usually puts his arm round my shoulder and i keep my hands far away from everyone. I dont like this. its affecting me quite badly. Why are my hands always so cold? should i see my doctor for advice or whatever?

  I have the same problem! I was told that i'm just low in iron. Ask your doctor about iron pills. There's nothing wrong with it, a lot of girls at my school have this. Don't be conscious about this. Sometimes guys will come up to me and start rubbing my hands frantically trying to warm them. I understand what you mean though....It'll even bug me sometimes if i touch my own skin....but if my hands are away from me, i don't even notice the feeling of being cold! Just don't be conscious about it. Your boyfriend still loves you. (: hope this helps♥ xx
