How do you get rid of bacne in less than a month?

How can I get rid of back acne/ bacne?

• I have my prom coming up in a month and I have back acne/ bacne. I have mainly scares and I want to also get rid of them. I have a strapless dress and I don't want anyone to have to see that.

  At the drugstore you can get certain medicated body washes for body acne and they tend to help if your skin isn't too sensitive. You could try that in the shower and follow with an oil-free medicated gel or cream. For scars you could use a gentle body scrub a few times a week and that may help some. If your hair is long enough to cover your upper back you might want to consider wearing it down if it doesn't clear up. Acne tends to be hard to get rid of. I hope this helps :-)
