Swollen and itchy finger?

My ring finger on my left hand has been really itchy and hurting for the past 2 days. The night before last I woke up during the night scratching my arm and my finger and I thought it was a spider bite right away. When I woke up my finger had started to swell up and my arm had a mosquito bite looking bump on it. I'm not sure if what's on my arm is a mosquito bite or something else, but it isn't as irritating as my finger. It is now completely swollen and I can move it but I can't bend it or else it hurts very much. It still itches and sometimes feels cold. Any ideas?

You need medical treatment as whatever it is is causing symptoms of an infection or an allergic reaction. Go to an urgent care for treatment.
