Is murad better then proactive?

What's better for your face - Proactive Solution, or Murad?

  • I'm 14 years old, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me (from experience), what did they find better? I'm thinking about trying proactive, and I know that some skin care products don't work for some, but they work great for others. I've tried just about everything so would you think proactive is a good choice?

    I would give it a try, ive been having problems with acne on my face and I asked a expert in skin care for your face and she told me to do the 3 step program for your face which is 1. exfoliate(cleanse) 2. tone 3. use a face moisturizing lotion every day and it has really made a change for me I wish you the best of luck

I tried proactive when I was younger and it didn't help nor did it help for my sister and cousin. I've never heard of Murad but if you have bad acne go to a dermatologist and they'll give you something that will really help! There is some new prescriptions out now that work great.

proactive will have less drying effect on your skin most likely however, proactive dyes fabrics---for example if you put it on your face at night and lay on a purple pillow it wil be pink in the morning where the meds have gotten on to it this also applies to clothing---put it on your back and your clothes will be ruined (this can get expensive) i was sick of buying new sheets and clothes and wasn't even usign proactive for acne but rather a rash contacted from teaching for an occasional breakout (as i am in my twenties) i recommend neutrogena rapid clear---it seems to kill the little bugger over night :) save your money and try this instead----it seems to work really well and is only about 6.50 at walmart
