How can I get rid of my acne/pimples on my forehead (picture link) ?

    Drink plenty of water. Staying well hydrated can help your condition improve, because the "waste management" control system in your body requires a lot of water to do its job. Without enough water, the body has difficulty removing some waste products efficiently. Look for face washes which contain the active ingredient benzoyl peroxide. This is the key ingredient in some of the best face washes. Use a 5-10% benzoyl peroxide of mild to moderate acne and 10% for severe. Try smashing one tablet of aspirin in a small bowl, then adding lemon juice to the mixture. Aspirin is acetesalicylic acid, chemically related to salicylic acid. Apply to the affected areas overnight. It boosts the healing process while reducing redness. Try putting toothpaste (paste, NOT gel) on your face, cover it with a bandage, and keep it on all night. When you wash it off in the morning your acne will look better. The astringent and surfactant nature of the toothpaste will help diminish the appearance of pimples. But the toothpaste has been known to burn sensitive skin of the face, so be careful. If your face does burn, stop acne treatments and work on healing your burn. Good Luck...

First off use a shampoo for oily hair. Second a solid acne face wash (oxy) and a good exfoliant like St. Ives acne scrub (once a week or twice a week) a toner (witch hazel) stridex pads (use one after school) and acne cream spot treat in the AM and before bed.

Around your age it is natural to get acne/pimples due to puberty. However the only steps you can take might be to wash your face on a regular bases and eat right. At your age many people try to pop pimples and this thus leads to scars which will be hard to get rid of when you get older. Wash your face with regular soap and water. Boil some water in a pot, place your face over the water and put a towel over your head. (Like a steam bath) Come up for air when necessary. xD This is to open up your pores. Dab your face with thin potato slices. Rinse your face in cold,COLD water to close your pores again. Do this routinely. Drink more water! and when you sweat, wash your face AND if possible keep your hair back from your forehead, the oils will seep into your skin, and then come out as zits. Ugh. Most of those bumps look like light scarring. PLEASE don't pick at them. I learned the hard way, and my skin is a little spotty now that I've pretty much grown out of my acne stage. BTW. I'm 19. Hang in there kid.

you need to go to walmart and get a facial sponge at the cosmetic section......2-3$ scrub your face about once every 2-3 days with this....the stiff sponge rips the zits open and after a few days...they will be gone. rinse well with hot water then cold to close the pores. keep your face clean everyday with a wash cloth and soap..... then keep your pillow case clean and your hair......washing both and changing every 3 days or so...the oil from your pillow case just transfers on to your face....so keep it clean. dont cup your face or lean on your hands...that transfers oil as well...kissing others with oily face can also infect yours.keep your hair away from your face..hair tranfers oils well keep your face clean and and only scrub with that sponge about once every 2-3 days...or your face will come raw...and only scrub for about 1 min....no longer...if your face becomes raw...just dont use the sponge again until the rawness leaves... jean

You need to drink more water to start with. At first you'll break out, but after a day or two you'll have much clearer skin. Change your diet. If you eat a lot of greasy foods it won't help. Lastly go to a chemist or doctor and ask what cream you can use. I am assuming hormones aer a big part to play with it it also.

stop eating baked foods!!no more chocolate! cheese or sea food!!!if you can find these pills at walgreens,or just look for them at any walmart stores. thier called nature's cure there's one for males and one for females!! its a package of pills,take one in the morning and one at night,you let them dissove in your mouth do not chew!!and the cream that comes with it is great too!wash your face at night well then apply the cream to the pimples!!its worked very well for me and alot of my friends and for only $10.00 us its worth a try!!good luck!!oh and stay away from pickles and fast food too!!try eating lots of good veggies!

it has begun puberty!! um try proactive...the best thing to use or works for me is the refining mask by proactive http://www.amazon.com/Proactiv-Solution-Refining-Mask-2-5/dp/B001G7OCSM i dont use the whole system just that one product. Also make sure you wash your skin properly and your diet is prob a big issue drink lots of water...and make sure you sleep with a long t-shirt a lot of greese is on your arms and hands when your sleeping people like to sleep on their arms so makes it worse.
