What is the best solution for for getting rid of small holes left from blackheads.?

ay people. i have a few small scars or "holes" from blackheads in between my eybrows on my t-zone. and a small hole on my nose. i noticed the pores on my cheeks were becoming larger and more susceptible to blackheads but they are fine. any treatments recommended? -chemical peel? -natural remedies to rid holes? -leave my face and keep my exfoliation/ cleansing regimen? - dermbrasion - laser surgery and that type of ****. what is the best thing for me (a 16 year old kid in sydney, australia) to keep my face clean, healthy and scar free until im 18 when i've finished the puberty process. its not genetic either because my parents have good skin and my brother is 14 and has completely clear skin. so in conclusion... what should i do to get rid of holes and keep my face clear :) cheers.
