How can you naturally treat ptosis?

How can i treat my phimosis .?

  • I live in India & I think i have phimosis . I can retract my penis forskin when my penis is not erect , but the a ring forms around the penis head when the foreskin is retracted . But , when my penis is erect , i cannot retract the foreskin . At max i can only get it to half length down the head . I've started using some stretching of the foreskin from last 3-4 days . But there are some doubts that i would like to have answers on : 1. If i can retract my foreskin while not erect , can i let it remain retratced for the whole time , so that when it becomes erect the foreskin stretches itself and eventually will loosen up .? 2. The ring that forms around the penis head while the forskin is retracted , is it a problem .? 3. Should i stretch the foreskin while the penis is not erect or when it is erect .? And how to stretch .? 4. I heard that betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% can help . I found the following creams containing it in India : BETAGEL gel (Betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% w/w) by MICRO Labs BETAMIL cream(Betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% w/w) by MERCK CORTIDERM cream (Betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% w/w) DIPROVATE cream (Betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% w/w) The first option is a gel , while second is a cream . Which should i go for .?? And can i eventually treat my phimosis on my own .? Will appreciate if you give answers to all the questions specifically . Thanks a lot
