You need to GENTLY exfoliate your face. And I mean gently. Scrubbing to hard can only make matters worse. Naturally, you can use honey with a small amount of sugar in it. The sugar acts as a scrub and the honey will keep your face smooth and moisturised.Do NOT scrub too hard...If your acne is very bad you should consult your doctor and maybe try one of the products they have on the market. I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at. Use the natural products. If you want to home-made remedies go for it, but there are some facial cleansers you can buy to treat acne/clean face. Talk to a pharmacist, they know a lot bout this kind of stuff. If visit the GPs they'll most likely prescribe you a completely useless drug and topical cream that will just burn your face away.

I tried Pro-Active-doesn't work turns face reddish. Clearisil or Neutragenea's morning burst works. A prescripition that works is Duac. It helped me the most. Hope this helps☺

A little bit of natural honey, warm it up a bit then put it on your face, it will make it smother and make the acne dissapear alot faster than all those products!
