Why are my hands ALWAYS cold?

  • Why are my hands and feet always cold? We are doing (stupid) square dancing at school, and everyone who grabs my hand says its freezing, even though to me its warm! It kind of embarrassing a little. I was wondering if there was a reason my hands (and feet) are always cold? and if I could make my hands and feet warm?
