What are these little red itchy bumps on my arm?

What are these bumps on my arm...?

• Yesterday i went job hunting to about ten different places. I was so nervous cause this was my first time...On the way home i had an itch on my arm and started to get a bunch of little bumps all the way up my arm. I even have them on my other are.They itch a little and have been here since yesterday. I dont want to go to the doctors because i dont have the money. I was thinking it could just be from me getting nervous and having a nervous reaction but ive been nervous before and never had this happen...and it doesnt spread because my mom touched it and didnt get it herself

  It could be heat rash. Does it feel really prickly and itchy? That happens to some people in hot climates, it is caused by blocked sweat glands. So being nervous and have it break out makes sense. The only thing you can really do for heat rash (If that is what you have) is to get into the shade and keep cool, it should go away after a while. You could also try taking a Claritin (20mg, I believe) once a day. It really helps ;) Trust me, I know how irritating it is. I just want to rip my skin off sometimes!
