Does ice make a pimple go away fast?

How do I make the swelling on my pimple go down? ice or hot water better?

• Is ice better to make it go down a little by tommorow? Or press warm water? I think warm water is better to make the puss come out right so maybe I dont need to do that? My pimple is at the point where the puss all came out....its red but only hurts a little if i push my finger against it (on my nose!!!) The bump is pretty small though...maybe a little smaller than a lentil. So you suggest I make an ice pack for it tonight to make it smaller? Im using cover up on it but Id still like to minimize more of the redness...any tips on what to put on it? I did the asprin mask yesterday. Put lemon on it. Put some urine on it

  Ice is good, but if you have a special date or it's Prom or something, put Preparation H on it, use you heard right, it works in hours and your pimple will almost disappear in that time. It dries it out so don't put too much but just on the pimple and not too much on the surround skin. Please let me know how good this works for you, seen it, done it, loved it.
