How do you get rid of pimple blotches covering your chest?

• Hey, my acne or pimples (whatever you want to call it) on my face has settled down a lot since I've been on contraceptive pills each day. However the mass of pimples on my chest has not. They are tiny, never get big, and it's like red blotches on my chest... hard to describe. I cleanse, shower regularly and they NEVER even get any better at all >_< Just wanna know if I'll ever get rid of them... I'm 20 years old btw. I hate my chest feeling bumpy and as if I need to scrub it when it's already clean =( getting kind of desperate here so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks ;D

  They should go away soon considering your age. The best thing that happened to me before I started accutane (for severe cystic acne, don't consider using it) was reton-a micro. It's like accutane but you apply it to wherever the spots are. It doesn't dry out your whole body like accutane does. I'm sure it'll work for you. I don't think it's over-the-counter, so I recommend you see a dermatologist.
