How can i get rid of open spots on my forehead?

i am 13 and i have 2 open spots on my forehead near my eyebrow, i have popped them when they were new and now they don't seem to go away, and they sometimes bleed what do i do? p.s if there is anything you could recommend for keeping skin clear from spots please suggest:)

I am 13 too.. And the same exact thing happens too me.. Mines just go away on there own though.. But I would suggest clean & clear products.they have some really good face stuff and it always works (: hope I helped
