Acne scars please help?

ACNE&ACNE SCARS!!!PLEASE HELP!?

well i have acne scars all over my face. Right now im using foundation to cover it up. How do i get them 2 fade without damaging my face? A nice home remedy would be perfect. i have acne scars and pimples on my back..and i have 2 do swimming for school next term...so i need this stuff GONE!!!!!!! right now im using this aloe moisturizer..it seems 2 be working..slowly...so if you have any home remedies on this please say so... I tried peeing on my face..it did lighten my face and give it that glow..but it was really gross so if you have any remedies for me please give me good instructions. THANKS! <3
