How do i get rid of acne and acne scars?

  • So I have mildly bad acne and I also have acne scars and dark spots in some areas. How do I get rid of acne scars and dark spots?? Also how do I get rid of acne?? Help?

    I can't help you with the acne scars but as far as the acne you need to focus on diet. It's been proven that diet triggers acne in a majority of cases. Cut out bread, cut out high carb foods, cut out pretty much anything that is processed in a factory and not natural, and especially cut out junk foods and foods high in sugar. Stick with it, don't just have some days where you do it and some days where you don't. It can take months for your body to readjust. Drink plenty of water.

i have the same problem. what i would recommend is NOT to buy Proactiv. it is a waste of money try benzyl peroxide such as Oxy face wash I used 10% and I got instant results but now i can't use it because my dermatologist said my face is too sensitive and it can cause irritation.
