How To Get Rid Of Warts?

How to get rid of warts?

  • I have a warn on my finger...no idea where it came from..it just appeared one day. AND I BLOODY HATE IT! It makes me really paranoid haha, like I try and cover it up as much as possible...I'll ever hold things in a really stupid way so you can't see it. Anyway, I've heard loads of crap about how to get rid of them and I'm apprehensive as to whether any of them work... So i was wondering if any products that are out to get rid of them actually work...like wartner or bazuka gel.... My doctor said he doesn't do anything about warts so that was a lot of help....but I really need to gte rid of it. Ideas?

i know what it is like having a wart, i had one just like you have. to get rid of it i simply used Wartner. it got rid of mine with in 3 treatments (the one i had though was a tough one to get rid of. so if yours is not then it could go away with in one treatment) hope this helps! from sparky

there are at home freeze-off kits. never tried it, but i'm sure it does something. personally... i had on on my knuckel (sp?) and i put a little piece of duct tape (the grey kind) on it and covered it with a bandaid. i changed the tape and bandaid every day for little over a week and it literally dissapeared and its never been back. that was over 8 years ago! it worked i'm totally serious.

Soak it in warm water then apply sea salt and a band aid. (Sea salt cleans out and kills wart) [may burn somewhat] Duct tape (acts as if the skin is being suffocated and wart dies) You can also use Dr. Scholls at home wart freezing solution you can probably find it at your local drug store. Hope this Helps somewhat.

You can sometimes buy home-freezing kits at stores in the "health" section. I think that they are fairly cheap as compared to a doctor freezing it off. I believe that I used it once when I was younger... I'm wartless now so I'm guessing that it worked... or just went away by itself...

Just like you suggested.. Use Bazuka Gel or Wartner. Freezing the wart is really effective.. But never be afraid to try other treatments!! All of these treatments are thouroughly tested.. If you use the wrong treatment, your finger isn't going to drop off!! :] So don't fret about that!! You can get a lot of treatments from places like Asda (British) or Wal-Mart (American) [ same company :) ]. I'm quite surprised that your doctor didn't do anything.. They are the ones that freeze it for you, or recommend different treatments! x

from the way you talk im not sure if you are from USA but if you are dr. scholls freeze away wart remover can remove a wart in as little as one application...its a little more expensive but at least it wont take up to 12 weeks to get rid of...not sure if is an over the seas product

walmart sells a few different brands of wart freezing kits & they work. ive had them on my fingers... they are like 15 or so dollars but the wart wont come back like when people use "wart bandages" certain doctors will freeze them off too, that probably works better

love, lauren

the 1 i have that works about 90% of the time is to freeze them off, thats a way that works. Hope i helped =)

i had a wart in my arm and used Dr. Schultz wart freeze away on it. it took a couple days but it went away. i would recommend it. it wasn't that expensive either. hope it works 4 u! good luck!

cheapest way if u are a smoker is burn it off with a ciggie then clean the wound... :) it does work believe it or not... depends on your pain tolerance :)
