How do you get rid of a cold sore and canker sore?

  • i have a sore on the side of my tongue i can't tell if it is a cold or canker sore so i need to know how do i get rid of a cold sore on my tongue really fast cuz it hurts everytime i eat canker sores go away by themselves so idc about it

    i dont really know how to get rid of em...but i get a lot of them and all i do is try not to irritate it anymore...i have 1 on my tongue and 1 on the inside of my cheek right now... =/

you kind of answered it yourself. even if its a cold sore, they have to heal on their own time. vitamin e is supposed to help the healing process, but ive never tried it with sores. just leave it be and let your body do its thing. avoid citrus and very hot foods
